The responsibility of guiding multiple schools requires constant reflection and strategic thinking. My participation in the Collaborative Mastermind has been invaluable in helping me meet my responsibilities with greater clarity, purpose, and effectiveness. This group has provided an opportunity to engage with other educational leaders who understand the unique challenges of faith-based education.
