Participants who wish to earn the graduate credits at zero tuition cost can apply to Bethel online to be a non-degree seeking, individual course student. There is a one-time $200 transcription fee. The fee will be waived (account credit) for students enrolling in a graduate education or administrative license program. Testimonials
The Collaborative Mastermind has allowed me to remain connected to other Christian school leaders. Over my years in leadership, I’ve understood the value of continuous learning, reflection, and growth, so I joined the Collaborative Mastermind. The relationships I have built and the knowledge I have gained through the Mastermind have supported me in casting a strategic vision for my school.
Jaci Loween
The Collaborative Mastermind has been transformative for my growth as a school leader. The monthly gatherings have become a highlight I eagerly anticipate – there’s something powerful about connecting with other experienced leaders who share both your professional challenges and your faith perspective. What truly sets this program apart is how it integrates Biblical wisdom with contemporary leadership practices. The 20 BOSA hours offered annually aren’t just about checking a box for licensure requirements – they’re rich learning experiences that have helped me develop a more thoughtful, mission-aligned approach to school leadership. The discussions are engaging and challenging, pushing me to question assumptions and refine my leadership philosophy. I’ve found myself implementing insights from our mastermind sessions in real time at my school. If you’re looking for professional development beyond surface-level solutions to transform your leadership from a Biblical foundation, the Collaborative Mastermind is an investment worth making.

The Mastermind has provided me with a supportive community and valuable insights I can rely on. Furthermore, the opportunity to engage monthly with like-minded Christian Edleaders who share a passion for Christian education has broadened my perspective and enhanced my ability to lead with intention and clarity.
