Culture Is Caught: Building a School People Want to Be Part Of
Every school has a culture, the question is whether it is the culture leaders intended to build. Stefanee will challenge leaders to move beyond defining a mission to intentionally building a school that lives it, covering shared language, traditions, staff ownership, communication, celebration, expectations, and leadership decisions. Attendees leave with practical ideas for creating a culture so clear that teachers want to serve there, families want to belong there, and scholars are excited to be there, with Jesus at the center.
