With more than two decades of experience in Christian education, Janet Pargeter brings deep insight into guiding students and families through one of the most important seasons of their journey—post–high school decision-making. During her 17 years as a high school counselor at Grace Christian School in Anchorage, Alaska, she walked closely with seniors and parents, helping them navigate college choices with clarity and confidence.
Janet now serves as Director of K–12 Development for the North American Coalition of Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP), where she equips school leaders and counselors through professional development, strategic partnerships, and meaningful connections across the Christian education community. Her work is centered on helping you strengthen your college guidance programs and better support your students’ next steps.
Janet and her husband, Tom, call Alaska home, where they enjoy time outdoors and with their eight grandchildren.
