January 2026 – Mastermind Update
The January Mastermind was a reflective, prayerful, and highly interactive space where leaders paused mid-year to seek clarity and alignment through the Collaborative Theme Finder micro-resource. Using thoughtful prompts, participants reflected on their school year since August, discerned areas of growth and unfinished work, and listened for where God may be leading their schools and communities in 2026. Covering this time in prayer, EdLeaders brainstormed possible themes, and collaborated with others about them. In closing, a few EdLeaders shared the word or theme that felt applicable to them and that they want to lean into in the new year as they lead their schools and their personal life.
