November 2025 – Mastermind Update
Our November Collaborative Mastermind Gathering brought school leaders together in person for an engaging afternoon of reflection, connection, and learning. We began by exploring our individual “why,” leadership styles, and team successes through a reflective activity designed to strengthen relationships and build community within the cohort. Our guest speaker was Dr. Jessica Werner, founder and CEO of Northshore Learning, who led an insightful session on educator and student wellbeing. Dr. Werner shared research-based strategies for supporting teacher resilience, reducing burnout, and cultivating healthy school cultures where both educators and students can thrive. Her practical tools, ideas, and reflective prompts encouraged leaders to examine our own school cultures and determine practical ways to ensure we are supporting our staff and students.
