SUMMARY:February 25\, 2027 - EdLeader Collaborative
DESCRIPTION:Culture Is Caught: Building a School People Want to Be Part Of \nEvery school has a culture\, the question is whether it is the culture leaders intended to build. Stefanee will challenge leaders to move beyond defining a mission to intentionally building a school that lives it\, covering shared language\, traditions\, staff ownership\, communication\, celebration\, expectations\, and leadership decisions. Attendees leave with practical ideas for creating a culture so clear that teachers want to serve there\, families want to belong there\, and scholars are excited to be there\, with Jesus at the center. \nAbout the speaker: Stefanee Tolbert\, co-founder and Head of School of Life Christian Academy in Sulphur\, Louisiana. Named Best Private School in Southwest Louisiana by Lagniappe Magazine for six consecutive years\, serving 300+ scholars with a staff of 50+. Author of Shatter the Box: A Guide to Revolutionizing Christian Education. Holds a BS in Education\, a Master’s in Educational Leadership\, and is pursuing her EdD in Leadership. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Cost: $75Location: The Hutton HouseAgenda: View AgendaCEUs: Admission includes 3 CEU credits \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n What is The Collaborative? The Collaborative is a half-day event designed for Christian educators in Minnesota to connect\, learn\, and engage in meaningful collaboration.
